This business is ran by a family, it was nice to see the adult kids working with the parents. It is not a high pressure dealership. They were very patient with us and we test drove multiple vehicles before picking one out for my daughter. We left feeling we have a quality vehicle at a good price. Will definitely make the trip up there next time we need a vehicle.

All paperwork was explained to me so that I understood the buying process. And the staff went over the vehicle with me before I left to ensure I knew how to operate all of the controls, spare tire and tools, etc.

This is a family-owned and operated business. Dad, Eduardo, lead mechanic and owner and mentor to his son, Edward. Daughter, Alina, lovely, runs the office. There were more family members around -- Trina, Sarah, and Eli, the baby. These people are such a friendly bunch and all seem to know a whole lot about cars. Encouraging! haha I got a sense of integrity about them, particularly when twice I tried to buy a more expensive SUV, and the owner discouraged it. Both he and another employee did (Sarah). Said replacement parts would be more expensive if I moved up a year in the model of the vehicle. I was impressed. I waited several weeks after my purchase of my Toyota mini-van --- before writing this review. Just wanted to make sure nothing went wrong. I am very happy and will send friends there. btw Eduardo's inventory is Strong! He's got everything you can imagine on that lot. Something for everyone.
